Shipping Methods & Policies

Shipping and handling charges are based on the total weight of the purchased merchandise; including packaging and registered post fee, etc.

In the event that a customer refuses to accept the delivery of an order, or if an order is returned to us after the retention period at the post office after failed delivery attempts, we will not refund the shipping and handling costs incurred. We shall thus, refund the order amount less shipping and handling fee.

In the event that an order requires additional packaging and shipping fee (other than stated in our website shopping cart), we shall inform costumer via email on the additional fee involved. We shall process the order only if the customer agrees to pay the additional fee. In the event that the customer does not agree on the additional fee or do not reply within 3 days, the order shall deem cancelled.

IMPORTANT TAX INFORMATION: Your package will be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. You, as the importer of the items must pay additional charges for customs clearance. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY TAXES AND DUTIES IMPOSED ON YOUR PACKAGE. NO EXCEPTIONS! If for some reasons, your package is released to you without paying the customs charges and we get billed by your government for these charges, we will charge you at your credit card for the amount due.

Exchange Policy

If for any reason you are not happy with your selection, you may exchange the item for a different size or for something of equal or greater value. Our Exchange Policy is as follows:

  • All items are thoroughly inspected prior to shipping. If an item is damaged or destroyed during shipping, please contact us or the carrier immediately upon inspection.

  • Costuming may be exchanged for a different size or another item of equal or greater value within 3 days of receipt of merchandise. Please open your costume and try it on as soon as it arrives.

  • To exchange an item, you must email to exchange@viomart.com within 3 days of receiving your merchandise to obtain Authorization and exchange instructions. We are not responsible for shipping and handling charges on exchanged or returned items.

  • All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All shipping and handling fee incurred in exchange or returning items administration to be borne by you (customer).

  • Once Authorization is given, your package must be post-marked within 5 days of the Authorization date. Items returned 5 days after Authorization date will be subjected to a 25% restocking fee.

  • Items being returned MUST be in their original, unused conditions and in their original packaging. We do not accept returns on worn merchandise. The items will be sent back to you at your expense if we feel they have been worn and no credit will be issued.

  • Refused packages and items returned without an Authorization will be subjected to a restocking fee of 25%.

  • There are NO Returns or Exchanges on special orders and/or sale orders.
